John H Fuller Founding Partner

John H Fuller (Colonel, USAF, Retired) is a founding partner and advisor of Night Readiness LLC, which he incorporated in 2006. He retired from the Air Force as a Command Pilot with over 3200 hours flying time, serving as Forward Air Controller in South East Asia, a research instructor pilot at Williams Air Force Base, AZ, and as Aircraft Commander of the AC-130H at Hurlburt Field, FL. 1993. John Fuller has over 20 years of senior management experience related to Air Force Special Operations, government and corporate research and development programs, including:

• Director, Air Operations, at Joint Special Operations Command, Ft Bragg, NC, Directed rapid deployments, tactical air operations, and specialized aircraft development in support of world-wide operations. • Division Chief, Air Force Research Lab, Williams AFB, AZ, Directed development of advanced simulation networks, systems, and NVG training programs for USAF combat forces. • Director, “Big Safari”, Wright Patterson AFB, OH, Directed planning and execution of USAF’s specialized aircraft development, modification, and support program. • Program Director, L-3 Communications, Link Simulation and Training,  Directed technical support for USAF research programs and commercializing emerging technologies for rapid transition to production.

John received a Bachelor of Science from the Air Force Academy in Engineering Science and a Masters of Science in Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. He is an FAA certified Flight Instructor and has served as President of the Board for New Way Learning Academy, a not-for-profit school for students with learning differences.
